Game Off is simple.

1. Roll the dice. This will (some say magically) choose your opponent for battle.

2. Choose a card. Play to your strengths, or better, to your opponents weaknesses (if your opponent is a dumdum, go for MIND)

3. Battle. Beat the fool. 

4. Win. You are a winner, yes?

5. Win one card from each category to be the champion. Easy, because winners ALWAYS win.
